Refund policy
At Pick N Gift, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not quite right, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Complete with any tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Where applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label. Please note that items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, contact us straight away so we can review the issue and put things right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom-made, personalised, or special order items
- Personal care goods, including beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item you would like.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide justification.
To qualify, the item must still be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and show the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have still not received it, please contact us at team@pickngift.co.uk.
